Help & Support

Help articles

Answers to common questions, for guests booking a service and hosts running their page.

Guests

Booking, sign-in, payments, and managing your bookings.

Hosts

Setting up, getting paid, plans, and growing your page.

Becoming a host

Hosts (also called creators) are the people who publish services and take bookings on Meeticulous. Setting up is a short guided flow.

Creating and managing services

A service is anything bookable you offer — a session, a class, a consult, a slot.

Availability and Google Calendar

You control exactly when you can be booked.

Getting paid — earnings and payouts

When a guest pays for a booking, the money is collected through the platform and added to your earnings. You can see your balance and every transaction under Earnings in your dashboard. Earnings from a booking become withdrawable once the session is completed and a short clearing period has passed — not the instant a guest pays.

Plans and upgrading

Meeticulous has two plans: Starter and Pro. See the pricing page for the current comparison.

Why am I not getting bookings?

If your page is quiet, run through this checklist — most gaps are one of these.

Your username and booking link

Your username is your public booking link: meeticulous.com/your-name. It's what you share with clients, and it's how guests find your page and services.

Branding and theme colours

Your public page can reflect your brand rather than looking like a generic tool.

Selling digital products

Alongside bookable services, you can sell digital products — guides, templates, recordings, anything that's a file.

Reminders, notifications, and badges

Confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations go out automatically by WhatsApp and email — to you and to your guest — whenever a booking changes. Nothing to set up; it happens on every booking.

KYC and identity verification

What is KYC? KYC ("Know Your Customer") is identity verification — you upload your ID so we can confirm who you are before money moves.
